According to a French website,  Montenegro is confirmed and Sergej Cetkovic will represent it How the?  But I thought that it's rule now that all countries must make a NF. |

According to a French website, Montenegro is confirmed and Sergej Cetkovic will represent it yaaaay one of my favourite singers  Dimitris I think that by the new rule there aren`t need to be National Selections, countries can choose their singers internal, but song must be choosen like for Ivi or Pastora this year. |

The UK produced better results with the NS, Jade Ewan managed to achieve us a top 5 place in 2009. We just need some fresh young new acts. Engelbert was a bit too famous for a show like Eurovision and just like in OVSC where popular songs tend to fail in the final, that's pretty much what happened with the UK.
Honestly, I thought Montenegro would have withdrawn. But I don't believe RTCG have confirmed anything for Malmo.
