I would be like that if  Cyprus won't withdraw. But I'm okay with  Turkey ;D I hope they send something better than this year. |

You mean all countries have to be confirmed by December right? Finland's selection will be in February 2013 I think

Yes, all countries must confirm participation by December. Lithuania on Wikipedia says NF is rumored to be in October.  UMK is in February just like the last edition.  |

I hope Cyprus manage to get a sponsor or something to fund the participation! Cyprus is one of my favorites.  they was already confirmed this time last year. |

But I have to wait until October to see them confirmed but that's not sure.
