 - Belgium is to change tactics in 2013. VRT is still thinking what to do about its 2014 participation, so there's no real consideration of withdrawal from Belgium. VRT are most considering turning back to an open selection. eurovoix.com/ |

This song won't be in Melodifestivalen. Remember the "No songs released before 1st September" rule? This artist will compete, but with a different song. |
