Russia,Malta,Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovakia are ready for Malmo.

Ah, well 4 is good! Malta was a definite as they're mad for Eurovision.
Italy will confirm, I doubt they'll withdraw as Sanremo rules are being published soon.
If Greece and Cyprus could get a sponsor to help fund the participation fees there may be hope.
I have a feeling Portugal will go on, I reckon RTP will participate.

Anouk for holland maybe ESC wil get popular in The Netherlands again because Jesc in even more popular than Esc
