The reliable source for Ukraine does not include Poland and quite a few other "confirmed" countries www.esctoday.com/?p=37722

I agree with Gary, it's only become the end of September...and none of the reliable ESC news websites have published anything related to this "apparent" confirmation of Poland's return...a more reliable source is needed with TVP's exact agreement.
I translated the source page into English.
"After an absence of one year Poland will return to the Contest. Confirmed that the national broadcaster TVP to escsweden.com.
