Slovakia is pretty much a confirmed withdrawal, I doubt they'll continue.
Moldova sent very little to JESC 2011 as they couldn't afford hardly anything, I think this will have an effect on ESC 2013.
ERT really don't want to have to withdraw Greece, they're trying to do all they can to remain in the contest.
