It's all fake news.
The eurovision times article is just a old rumor about Azerbaijan,Belarus and Russia being excluded from Eurovision. But will all 3 countries confirmed for 2013 it's obviously not true.
The Spanish article has been looked at by the English Wikipedia page, but it's not an actual confirmation.
