I hope nobody will take  Germany for #21, since I've already prepared another edition of "Unser Song fรผr den ISC" (: In my opinion people who want to hold a national selection should have priority over the country they want to hold a NS for, because of their effort they put into this |

(except if the choice of countries isn't free of course ) |
