I will go for the luck of uploading my  American NS, Superstars & Stripes for ISC #16. I feel kinda bad for using USA once again, but I felt the need to kickstart my debut for an American Selection. |

The future of National Selections in ISC is in doubt due to a number of complaints from ISC participants.
It's not 100% confirmed yet and selections for the 16th edition will be counted.

Some people want particular countries but they're being taken because of selections, userscore, etc.

Uhm.. countries are also taken when another user sends an normal entry first, not only when they make a NS. What do we do now? - Ban users too!

ahah! I'm not exactly Mozart on the keyboard, so I wont be surprised if I didn't get any of the countries I want
