I've change the rules for Andra Chansen. The new rule will be like Andra Chansen this year. Where we have one round of voting for all the songs, and then the top 4 will be split up into 2 duels, and the winner from each duel will go to the final  |

Ok, so for the final i've decided coz I usually had 10-11 usual voters for the Semi Final. You guys can send me a message if you want to be jury or a televoter. After that i will reveal who will be jury and who will be televote. Oh and if you want to be jury tell me what country (ESC 2013 countries) you want to be jury for. So you can send me your choice now! ;D
