So ... I have some questions to you ...
1.What do you think it's K-POP? 2.What K-POP singers do you know? 3.What type of K-POP songs do you prefer seing in a SC (even if you don't like K-POP) 4.Do you think that this genre is underrated / overrated? 5.Has anybody introduced you a K-POP group / song that was "stuck" to your head?
Thank you for your time.

Girls Generation, Psy, Hyuna, 4Minute, After School, BIGBANG, Boyfriend, MBLAQ, T-ara, Chocolat, Baek Ji Young, Lee Hi, 2Yoon, 2NE1, BoA, Super Junior, SHINee, Jewelry, Sistar, Wonder Girls, Brown Eyed Girls, G.NA, Kara, f(x), Orange Caramel, Spica, Chi Chi, Ailee, Purplay... can't think of more right now 3. Uptempo pop songs (like "Volume Up", "Flower Power", "So Cool", "Love Is Energy", "I'll Show You" etc.) 4. sometimes 5. Well, there are really too many to list now, I usually get to know the songs either by you, Chris ;D or by my cousin or sometimes by myself... Sometimes, but not that often, someone else sends K-POP to contests (apart from 'Gangnam Style')...

1. It comes from the Korean term 가요 meaning 'pop music' which has been changed into de facto English as pertaining to music which comes solely from the Republic of Korea, however loosely named the genre itself doesn't just denote 'pop' music but music that becomes popular within subgenres which is why bubblegum pop, dance, rock/pop and RnB/Rap are all accepted inside of this genre also.
2. After School, BAP, Wonder Girls, 2NE1, Andamiro, Lee Hi, Sistar, Big Bang, Super Junior, SNSD, f(x), girl's day, PSY, secret, miss A, SHINee, 4minute, Eric Nam
3. 2NE1, Park Bom, 4Minute, Lee Hi - Anything catchy basically
4. It depends on the opinions of some people, for me I don't mind it but other's just can't adapt to it
5. A student I was tutoring a few years ago introduced me to 2NE1 and I have loved them ever since =)

1. Robbie told this for me ;D 2. Don't know much their names. But typically girl groups, boy groups or solo girls. Not many solo men, just PSY 3. Rock songs or ballads usually. "To You" by Kim Greem was one of the good ones imo. Never likes the typical uptempo. That's right into the trashcan imo ;D 4. Depends heavily what those songs are. Calls the answer from #3 again 5. Nope. Only myself if I'm willing to get a hear of the good part of K-Pop

1. Pure awesomeness okay, South Korean music in general 2. Too many to list many mainstream ones and many underrated ones[but: My last.fm library to see who I listen to but I know others than these(but some are Japanese)] 3. All 4. I think it is so-so pretty much like some artists are overrated not the actual genre. 5. Me, myself and I and also friends.
