It's a very restricted diet but controlled by a professionally licensed Doctor. So daily I only have 700 to 800 calories by food provided by the clinic, but I also take supplements to keep health levels up.
It's done more than amazing for me because 14 weeks ago I was borderline diabetic but now its gone in complete reverse and my blood pressure has never been this good for years! |
