Okay, they helped the contest a lot in the beginning. Without them, maybe the contest wouldn't have kicked off. Also, Sweden and Hungary placed top 5 and Austria placed 13th so I just allowed more qualifiers for the final. 23 finalists is better than 21 in my opinion.
