For those wondering why my name is "Kesha Semen", here's the story: Yesterday, I was looking for songs for the Kazakh NS for NVSC, and usually I translate the titles. The way I found translating the titles most efficient is through Turkish, since Kazakh doesn't exist on Google Translate, and since Kazakh and Turkish are related it usually translates okay. So I use another online translator for Kazakh to Turkish, and then use Google Translate to translate from Turkish to English. So I took this song's title and translated it, and the result was kind of shocking, it translated to "Kesha semen"  That's the story behind there, I did get an approximate title for the song though  |

SEVERE BAN CASE
As many of you probably already know, Blandine and Melanie, two French members from our community, were previously heavily cursed by a mysterious guy. We, staff members, found out who the guy is and found our way through the case.
We discovered that this person is
Tom
Apparently everything started between him and Blandine: she seemed to like him but as Tom didn't appreciate some of Blandine's jokes and behaviour, he got quite mad and that led to a fight between the two and afterwards Blandine left.
The next proof-screenshot is the chat between Melanie and Tom after all happened and I personally got shocked when I saw it.
We, staff members, decided that this is clearly an example of cyberbulling* which is one of the most dangerous things that could happen to the forums and the community. Tom has been asked many times for screenshots on his part, but he never managed to provide anything, having "busy time" as an excuse (which might be true, I'm not saying it's not) while he still posted on forums in various threads during that time.*See insults about physical aspect, death threaths and racism towards French people -- "You're a fat, ugly, uninteresting and senseless girl and I'm sure there isn't any guy in the world who would like it to get in a relationship with such an arrogant an awful moron like you" -- "If I would know you in real life I would ask my father to drive over you with his car and then you would be the one who would be killed, arrogant whore" -- "Stupid French people" -- "Little imbecile" ... See also the part "Your English is not good" while neither Melanie nor Blandine are native English speakers.
Melanie reacted as well, but I think if our brothers/sisters would be attacked and/or insulted we'd all react in a similar way.I've heard Tom has talked about the matter with Franck and Fabbi, if you two have got something to say, feel free to do so.SO
Tom will be given a reasonable amount of ban-time which is about one month and a half, until 15th November 2014, for:
-Having heavily insulted and cursed two members of the forums in a shameful way;
- Having kept the silence around the forums even if the argument was recently debated in the "Random Discussion" thread;
- Having failed to apologize to her, or at least on the forums for his behaviour;
- Having used a racist sentence which might hurt the directly interested people's feelings on here.
In addition, Tom will be given a 50% warning as well.
