The bill to allow homosexual civil unions passed today in Estonia. When I read the comments of the article about the bill passing, everything there was the following: "Oh..Estonia already has a negative population growth, now it will be even more negative." And I'm like:  Yeah totally, every heterosexual person in Estonia now turns homosexual because this bill passed!  That's totally not how it works.  And the other comment I see everywhere is about anal sex, and how it's disgusting, gay and doesn't make babies. Firstly, heterosexual couples can have anal sex too, and they enjoy it, so it may be disgusting to you, but it definitely isn't gay. Secondly, for fuck's sake, there's condoms these days...and birth pills, those don't make babies either. I don't understand how stupid people can be sometimes...  |
