Will be very tight, but in the end I guess not. My top 2 Israel and Georgia tied.
33 have voted.

I don't think Emmelie will top Loreen's score, as many countries can aim for the win.

^ +1 Besides the fact that last year there where 42 participants and there are 3 less this year is also a minus for Only Teardrops to beat Euphoria.

I don't think OGAE follows the same amount of participating countries for the edition. See this here as the latest incoming votes. OGAE Turkey 12 points San Marino 10 points Moldova 8 points Germany 7 points Georgia 6 points Azerbaijan 5 points Montenegro 4 points Denmark 3 points Bulgaria (Its first points achieved) 2 points Russia 1 point The Netherlands Other non-participants such as Portugal, Luxembourg, Poland and Rest of the World have voted.
I've checked, and there are 38 clubs overall which are going to vote for this edition. (There are 2 German clubs, but one is rather not counted in) Only 26 clubs have voted for last year.

Only 4 clubs left to vote! Andorra Moldova Russia Sweden
So If I count correctly, Emmelie has 324 points, if she manages to get 4x points adding to 324 (a total amount of 372 points), it wont barely be enough to beat "Euphoria"'s record with 375 points. Just missing 3 points, but also a different amounts of total clubs voted, whatsoever
