Pictures: I only have this because a good 40% of songs don't have music videos and it will look awkward. In NVSC 2, a music video will be required in order for the song to enter the contest. I will make an awesome design!
Or, would you like pictures in the semi Final's and Video in the final.

LTV1 thinks that pictures should be okay instead of the video..because there might be bad quality versions of the videos and a picture can cover up for the bad quality
Norway hasn't got a music video, so I vote only pictures.
