Awesome food,  Robbie!   Masaman Curry is one of my favorite food of all time!  The use of Indian flag is that the dish is influenced by food of India. It's very popular in the Southern Thailand. But you can of course get it everywhere in the country! I can even make this myself, from when I work at weekend at my mothers Thai Take-Away. Really, Asian food are the best.
