@  Russia: The Georgian representative was of Georgian descent therefore didn't interfere with Russia. Also, if desired, The Georgian artist of Russian descent must be approved by Russia (You can only say no if you want him to represent Russia) Yes I know that but you allow Georgia to borrow from Russia and that is nonsense because Georgia have enough Artist, if they are from Georgian descent it's okay. Because they are from Georgian descent but borrow is something else then being of a georgian descent. |

 R1 and the Russian Government is happy to hear that the ability to let Georgia borrow from Russia is disabled. Therefore Russia will not withdraw. A National Selection will be held soon. More information soon!   |
