How will we make NS without putting our name? ... There's no way of avoiding that, you can still make national selections without changing anything  The names will still be available via the forum/website, but if people really have the time to go through the whole list of participating users/countries and still vote for their friends then so be it ^^ |

(This idea comes from Nick with the GVSC) - "Overused" entries should no longer be allowed. That means
that a song which has already been used more than 2 times should be disqualified. Source for the used songs would be the wikia.
I do that since some time already too with LSC. +1 I would like to suggest not to accept ESC NS songs like Bombo, Begging, Stay Awake and the like next time but I think most won't agree. |

So: The winner of each edition can have priority over which country he/she wants in the next edition.
The names of each user should be removed from the video.
Everyone confirms that they would like to participate in ISC and theyÂ’ll have a permanent place in the contest (until they withdraw).These changes will be made for the future editions of ISC. They will be announced via the YouTube channel after the Eurovision Song Contest has taken place Great winning suggestions! |

Yeah. Well maybe for the different NSs for Eurovision 2014. Hopefully, there's still ISC next year. |
