No it's not shrimp paste, it's simply chicken-rice sauce, which you cover to your dish. It's both sweet and spicy with lots of minced garlic into it.  |

And at the top-right hand corner, it's a bowl of cucumber soup, which tastes absolutely fantastic together. Inside the cucumber chunks there are minced pork which are cooked together with the soup. |
