 Germany have participated, in every Eurovision song contest to date. Eurovision 1996, was the only year Germany wasn't present in a final. And Germany was abrupt that their entry was cast aside, as Germany is one of the leading financial contributors to Eurovision. |

 Lebanon once chose song a to represent them in the 2005 contest, however they later withdrew due to political problems with  Israel. |

Also  Liechtenstein sent a song (2009 I think) then they withdrw because they weren't accepted as EBU members |
