I've got a dialysis for this.
Montenegro failed to reach the final, obviously less people would watch the final due to their absence.
Also, none of the former Yugoslavian countries made it to the final either which also decreases interest for the Montenegrin public.
Montenegro has a population around 650,000 on average so it's not excessively popular.
So obviously in the final, there would have been less votes obviously a lot less for Ukraine as there would be lesser viewing.
Could be a theory?

BBC also tell many lies too. So, what's the truth?  Like our dutch commentators who lies. They said Turkey has cancelled the 2nd semi final because of The Kiss in Finnish entry  Who believe in the TV isnt very smart cause TV is almost saying things without Source |

I totally agree with you but i dont like if people spread lies  So thats why TV Business is nothing for me cause i am loyal! But the problem in The Netherlands people believe everything on TV Not all so dont feel attacked for the Dutchies But last years is change little by little in positive way |
