^ +1 Logan... Nobody said nothing about Malta. Azerbaijan is always a suspect of cheating. In 2011, especially, they were one of the worst performances vocally (and also boring) but won.

Malta is a very small island, any Eurovision artist that will make an appearance their will instantly have a big impact to the Maltese public.
Azerbaijan annually, send their artists to perform in Malta, where many Maltese people will see. So, therefore a lot of votes from Malta will go to Azerbaijan.
Daria Kinzer had Maltese support, and visited Malta...and Malta gave Croatia 12. (Even with the horrendous performance.)
Malta isn't cheating here, so there's nothing to worry about.
