Slovakia nor Czech Republic will return... I think they are done with Eurovision, same with Turkey. I think will return:  Bosnia and Herzegovina  Luxembourg  Portugal Nations leaving ESC:  Bulgaria (Very unpopular there)  Israel (There is too much hatred towards Israel by Europe, That is a shame!)  San Marino (Poor results)  Slovenia (Can't host the show and poor results) Debuting:  Kazakhstan  Liechtenstein (If they can get the money) |
