They withdrew, as they don't agree with the show's rules.
They have issues with their recognition, between Asia and Europe. They didn't show the 2013 show either.

To me that sounded like a baby fairytale. I mean.. they complain.. and they're the ones who voted with neighbours every time with  Azerbaijan,  Armenia,  Georgia,  Cyprus,  Malta,  Russia and  Bulgaria .. And to not mention the points they usually received from  Germany   .. I mean they wanted it to sound like they were not qualifying 10 years in a row because of the block voting.. |

I have the feeling it will be less then 39 cause there will be withdraw countries like San Marino, Bulgaria, Cyprus & Israel! I think only Bosnia & Herzegovina will comeback!! No Debuting countries i think that are only rumors cause every year they said countries will debut but there arent debuting countries since 2008 with Azerbaijan & San Marino  But I would love to see all the countries who are in EBU ;D |

Maybe  Croatia dosen't want to participate, because they didn't had a good result for years now. |
