Withdraws 2014

Latvia has confirmed that it will participate in ESC 2014.

I think that Cyprus and Israel will withdraw

Ireland

Israel and won't surely withdraw!
Israel is already a necessary part in ESC, I mean as long as I know this decade Israel has never withdrawn despite good or bad results.
San Marino is more uncertain, but it will continue for sure They love ESC.
Latvia confirmed already
Spain sounds like they don't give a fu*k about ESC but they take part for the sake of...
Ireland & Slovenia won't withdraw.
Cyprus will also continue /or may withdraw, but surely only because of the crysis and not because of the bad results this year.

And about others...
if Bulgaria has plans to withdraw then I think they should be realists I mean Latvia and Netherlands didn't qualify a lot of times in a row, and finally with a good song (Samo Shampioni was good, still ) they qualified ( The Netherlands, I mean, so it ) and reached 9th place...
Montenegro's official television said they want to take part in ESC as long as possible...
F.Y.R. Macedonia won't withdraw because they are one of the countries that also know that if you send a good song, then you take a good place (e.g. Kaliopi )
And Austria remained the only one who I really think that may withdraw. I mean they reduced by every year the size of their national selection, showing less intrest at every time.. I don't know nothing tbh, I hope they won't take this decision
