Due to a lack of time, there won't be any "Duels" for NVSC 3.  Anyway, the French broadcaster has a question : Are officials lyric videos allowed as a video? |

As Carina qualified to the final, NRK confirmed participation in the upcoming NVSC #3. All are ready to wish her good luck in the final and hope for a top 5 placement, that's the goal. Information for the participation in the third edition of NVSC will be announced later, as they are all concentrated in Reykjavik. |

After the discussion about Liechtenstein should be able to participate in NVSC,  is very happy to participate the first time ever in NVSC #03. There will be a National selection,too! |
