ERT are putting NVSC on hold, due to current cuts in the company. And depending how received Thomai Apergi will be.
Fans were disappointed with the unfortunate last place of Eleni Xatzidou, and have been down about Greece's possible success. Our late change to Thomai Apergi was uncalled for...we need more time to negotiate whether we will continue. As well as cuts being made in the broadcasting funding...it's difficult right now.

At the Danish press in Reykjavik, it was revealed that Denmark will surely be in the third edition of Northvision.
However they haven't decided if they'll go for internal selection or for a new national selection.
DR has been discussing about the possible national final and the name of it. Their decision will be announced soon. |

 1+1 confirms their participation in NVSC#3. According to the chairperson of the Ukrainian broadcasting company, they will have another "Pisnya Dlya..." National Selection but this time for a male artist. Who will be the chosen Ukrainian artist? Stay tuned.  |
