If   Lara Fabian can participate for  San Marino, why shouldn't  Leona Lewis participate for  Ireland? Same case here, hm? Shouldn't they both need to enter a national final? |

James, can you make it like in Eurovision, that after all nations have confirmed and the participation list in in the wiki, no country can withdraw anymore? Otherwise they have to "pay a fine" !?  Or something like that ^^ |

^ Yes. I forgot to mention this but Bulgaria has to pay a fine because they withdrew after the deadline.
