I'd like to make these combined votes but If I make a list for both versions how do I combine it?

Count the votes from jury and televote together
for example: Sweden 12/10 | Malta 8/12 | Georgia 10/5
Sweden: 22
Malta: 20
Georgia 15
Now, the first gets 12p the second 10p etc...
If there's a tie, I think the Televote decides.
