Ukraine has confirmed participation in Eurovision Song Contest 2012. A jury selected 54 entries to perform live in front of them. They then narrowed down the number to 20 for the national final. Another 2 entries are wildcards, 1 from winning a TV-show in late 2011 and 1 from an online voting. Songs could be submitted until December 25. One national Final was held on February 18 in which 21 songs will participate. There was supposed to be 22 but 1 was disqualified. Both televoting and jury was used in the Final.Ukraine in ESC 2012[/size]
