 RAI confirmed to be at the North Vision in Concert for the 3th edition of the NSVC. "We'll be there for the first time, but we won't host it because there isn't many interest of the Italian public in the NVSC", said a spokesperson of the RAI. |

 SVT is ready to host 'North Vision in Concert 3' and would welcome all participants warmly. NViC 3 can only take place in Sweden, if Sweden won't win in NVSC 2. |
