ERR spokeperson, Anu Valba, announced that Estonia has a new project that they are working KID'S NORTH VISION 01.
It will be the same as JESC it's for ESC, but it's for NVSC.
Also, there will be some new rules.
ERR now waits for a answear from NBU. If the answear is yes, then Estonia will come with the rules

Or what about everyone would keep their countries? Since we are all like Head of Delegation from those countries or "official workers" at your broadcaster |

Aaaand maybe James should introduce the rule "Singers must be 16 at least" for NVSC. ^^ So here the rule is "Singers can't be older than 16 at the date the song was released" (or sth like that) |

NBU official approves KNV! "We like the idea very much and it gives younger singers a chance to shine" NBU gives all rights to ERR except that the singer must be younger than 16 when the song was released! Another fun condition, the song must be sung in the official language of the nation entering. Have fun |
