I still don't think Leona Lewis should be able to represent Ireland without entering a national final. Alexandra Burke should've have been able to either.
If this happens again in 4 Belgium will boycott the edition, they're breaking the rules, and nothing's happening about it.

This rule will be enforced in NVSC 4. |
