NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHOTING MYSELF -.- Can't I withdraw and then give Portugal free and get Germany then or something like that? It's possible, if you use a "Grauzone" in the NVSC rule  YOU will withdraw from NVSC official with Portugal and Portugal gets free. The same thing must do somebody else. And then you can join NVSC again for the same edition with the switched country. I don't know a rule what forbids that ^^ He can't, because he's already the HoD of Portugal, who has to keep it for three edition. Portugal can withdraw, of course, but it won't become free The same thing goes for  Iceland. The user withdrawn from NVSC 5, but the country isn't free only if the user, after keeping it for three editions, wants it to be free. |

Ladies and Gentlemen the head of the NDR Broadcaster has announced that he is looking for someone to trade Germany with after NVSC 6# ( So does anybody with a West-European country want to swap? ) ps : I don't hate East-Europe but I don't know many artists from those country's  I would swap with  San Marino after 6.
