Okay, what are the new rules with nation swapping? Do we have to withdraw from one edition?

Yes, to prevent people that swap from landing in the PQR without it being their fault (Already happened twice) Well, I don't think the rule is fair. That should be the risk of switching nations. Also, what if both nations qualify then would they have to withdraw. If they qualify, then it is impossible for them to end up in the PQR.

To further my point, due to nvsc 10 with samurai, I now know the pqr is terrible so I will never compete in it. If I switch to a nation that ends up in the pqr, I won't bitch I'll just withdraw. But, the person who switches with me is able to compete and I really think that if someone switches into a pqr they should have the opportunity to compete rather than to be forced to withdraw. Even if you fail, you'll have more editions with that country. I really do not like this rule at all

After the Cro-Gate, there were 4 automatic withdrawals + some others and we didn't have any PQR!
