It's sad to say, but the two only times I qualified were when I sent a French and a Canadian singer...  And also, so far,  Tunisia only entered the Final with an Italian singer - but, as you said, I hope it'll change. yes, and if I'm not mistaken the highest ever result for the native singers of  those two countries combined is... ahem, 18th in the semi? Actually we might say 14th (SF) as Cheb Najim is a pure  Algerian singer, but that entry was just way too controversed. |

His parents are Algerian and he spent all his childhood in Algeria + it's even weirder to send the songs he sings for  . But yeah, it's a < 50% Algerian entry anyway And btw, I don't know if "non-native" is the right word because they both were born in Algeria but left the country when they were young. But well, it's not a 100% Algerian entry either ofc. |

I still think we should just let  Egypt join without forcing Algeria or Tunisia to withdraw. Even in the worst case with all 56 countries participating, which is very unlikely, we can have PQR with 2 countries qualifying and semis with 21 countries. But I guess Im alone with my opinion. |

Since Jeffry left now  and MG technically still didn't join NVSC it's now up to Mihai to decide if he wants to take Lithuania. In this case ~Rethnas~ would be getting Algeria (if he wants to) You can also wait until another country gets free if you don't want Algeria  |
