Broadcaster RTVE, the broadcaster which care the entries of Spain, has decided to give the rights to manage the entries for the NVSC to an other broadcaster because some financial problems at the RTVE. The new broadcaster of the Spanish entries will be TVE. Owner of the TVE, Tom Hernández, said in a press conference: "we're very happy to manage the entries of Spain in the NVSC! We will try our best to give Spain a nice title in the NVSC." The TVE will take this job over from the 4th edition of the NVSC.
