CorrectionAs I did a bad mistake with the singers the winner has to
be changed. The winner is Raquel Guerra with "Desencontros".
Reason: She's the only Portuguese singer in the NS.
I'm very sorry for the confusion I got something wrong.

I did not really know it is that overused..I found the song by surfing on yt so..I had no clue about it until I started the selection. But still this song won with 3 points over the runner-up so I can't help it.
