 Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg second candidate to host NVSC 04!The Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg has also shown interest to host NVSC 04. After the Friends Arena in Stockholm, it's the second candidate. The stadium is one of the biggest outdoor arenas in the Nordic countries. Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie, U2, Madonna, Metallica and Michael Jackson have already given concerts there and it hosted the 1958 FIFA World Cup, the 1995 World Championships in Athletics and the 2006 European Championships in Athletics, the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup finals in 1983 and 1990, the UEFA Euro 1992 final and the UEFA Cup final in 2004. It has a total capacity of 75,000 people. |

 Also bit overused... will 100% do well. Maybe it will even win...  I entered so far in only 4 or 5 contests, I don't really know what are overused songs and what not  |

OFFICIAL SKETCHES FOR THE STAGE RELEASED!
The stage for this edition will be very big, perfect for a stadium. It will be circle-shaped with to catwalks. Lights will be placed on the catwalks and behind the main performance area, over the rooms' "roof". Those rooms are meant to contain scenography elements or the artists' musical instruments (keyboards, drums or guitars, for example) One of the rooms will host a monitored controller for pyros. A LED ring will be placed over the stage and it will have two supports, covered by LED as well, so the ring is able to move up and down. A LED wall is also present behind the whole stage. The stage is 1,70 meter high and the diameter of the main performance area is about 13 meters. Between the catwalks and the main performance area there is some free space left for the crowd, and it has a capacity of about 60 people. |

Why are you making a stadium for NVSC4? The host (Jan/Sweden) does that. If you go through some of the posts you'll find the two candidates from Stockholm and Gothenburg
