Some rumors, related in several French newspapers, are saying that a Quebecker singer has been approached by France to take Leslie's following, and to exploit that automatic qualification. • A ballad ? After a mid-tempo pop/rock song, a sweet little song and a poppy ballad, it is reasonable to think that France will mostly choose a ballad for  Sweden ! • A new Head of Delegation ! Former French NVSC participant, Margaux Avril, has been elected to become the new French HoD! Her first declaration has been about NS's. "I went to Iceland through "Duels" and my will is that some other artists enjoy what I've lived! It's almost certain : there will be a French NS for NVSC 5."
