I dont see why  France and  Portugal should be allowed to borrow. They have many artists and songs themselves and this would be unfair for countries like  Estonia or  Serbia. |

I dunno but I think the Baltic countries could be able to borrow artists or well... for example: A singer is  Estonian BUT debuted in  Latvia/  Lithuania too I think he/she could be able to represent Latvia/ Lithuania too |

OH! Come on! Now everybody blaming cause a Canadian/French singer who speaks french represents  France  What's the problem  And If you look in wikipedia says: Marie-Mai is a "Canadian-French Singer" Why you only need to blame about the entries of the other users, if you have  Andorra what influence you that France has Marie-Mai, or because having a Canadian/French singer it means that is the best in the competition  |

I think if singer is from a country that can enter North vision they'd be unlikely to try for another country. If a Brazilian singer wanted to enter (which is slightly unlikely) then I suppse they'd try to represent Protugal in the same way  Gina G represented the UK. |

Also,I can't understand why you have problem that Cyprus can borrow singers from Greece and Greece can borrow singers from Cyprus.I talked with Shane and we ended up to agree,but with some rules |
