I could name so many delicious Danish dishes. Here is one good old classic dessert for Christmas: Risengrød. (Sweet ricepudding with cinnamon sugar topping and... butter )
Oh, when I come to think of butter (in Danish: Smør), I come to think of an old popular catchphrase: "Rigeligt Smør" (Ample butter)
