Latvia debuted in the first edition of the North Vision Song Contest. The Latvian broadcaster is Latvias Televizija. Since edition two Latvia is holding Latvias Dziesma Festival, their National Selection.
The only problem is it is Latvijas Televizija and Latvijas Dziesma Festival

I would start right now if you want.
The award time would always be right after the last NVSC had finished.
