When do you have holidays and where will you travel

I was planning for a 
Thailand trip in a week this summer holiday (4 weeks = July 6th > August 4th), but my father got kidney stones, which he says it hurts as much as birthing, from what he had been told from a womans perspective ofc)
But till September 14th, I'll go to the
Jutland peninsula from the isle of Zealand to go to the gourmet rally and then stay in Radisson Hotel in Silkeborg.

Reykjavík, Iceland. Or that's my dream too. But any year in the near future.. I will travel to Reykjavik and then to the rest of Nordic Europe! 
Cancun with my mum from the end of August to mid September (2 weeks). However next year, we'll probably stay in the UK and hire a caravan for a week or so 
Leeds soon to meet family. Two babes in the family so I can finally meet them 
Greece and I'm so so so so happy about this
