I don't think people should be allowed to give neighbour voting, because it gives the Nordics, etc an unfair advantage.

I give songs a score out of 100 for the jury and tele vote, and what I'll normaly do is add another 10 if it's a benelux country or the song is in French or Dutch in the tele vote.
