In my opinion of course : Definite qualifers :  Poland,  UK,  Denmark,  Sweden &  FYR Macedonia. 70 % chance of qualifying :  Albania,  Hong Kong,  Spain &  Italy. 50 % chance of qualifying :  Israel &  Cuba, Unlikely to qualify :  St Kitts & Nevis,  Serbia,  New Zealand &  Belarus,  Liechtenstein,  Estonia &  Switzerland I hope that you're right with that 70%.  I think it's quite sure that St. Kitts & Nevis won't qualify... it's one of the worst countries in the ISC.  Everytime vaneedaswall sends crappy songs. And he knows that he will fail. But, he has other two chances.   |

I think it also participated in ASC. "Wepa" was in Globalvision exactly a year ago. It was in ASC very recently too. I don't think Wepa is overused yet. I sended it somewhere (maybe twice somewhere), I saw this in ASC, it was in Globalvision too and now ISC. |
