 Luxembourg will probably also withdraw, because if you make some rules from the begin and if you change them later but if it isn't possible to change the country who the users who'd already confirmed then I think that's a bit unfair.  |

As I understood - you can change your country starting with #2. Later I guess it won't be possible. But that's how I understood - you should ask to the host  |

 Hungary says they are withdrawing due to low interest. After seeing  South Korea entering  Japan thinks they will join the contest too. You're always welcome with  Japan ! |

Japan confirms for the 2nd edition and they choose their Broadcasting channel too which is Terebi(TV) Asahi |

I understand you but I wanted to make the changes before the first edition starts. So now, rules won't come as easy as I did it. I'm sorry if you feel unfair  1. Right,you can change countries for the second edition (this thread  ) . 2. No, you can change every edition, but it would to keep countries some editions (or maybe for all the time , who knows ??) |

 Latvia already knows which latvian song will represent Latvia in #2 edition - song with very beautiful lyrics. Wait for the 2nd edition to find out the song  |
