Still,  Georgia and  Netherlands must vote !! I'll give them 1 hour. If they won't vote, they will lose 5,8 points (Average of the voting  ) Let me tell you about the special qualifer. The special qualifer will be choose by those criteria : 1. Language (10 if the song is full in its language; 5 if it's 50-50; o if it's 0) 2. Traditional (5 if has traditional; o if not) 3. Music % Tune (Will be awarded with 8,7 or 6) 4. Expected qualification (3 for expected; 0 for not) The non-qualified song that has the most points wins a place in the Final. |

I'm not sure I agree with the traditional music thing. It seems to give a biased towards some children.
